- Lots of greenspace -- the Villas at Maple Creek includes more than 45 acres, and includes an orchard and a Veterans Memorial garden area with seating areas.
- Water features - there are 5 ponds on the property with 4 fountains and a waterfall. The large pond in the center of the complex is stocked, and fishing is available to residents and accompanied guests. A deck over the upper pond is perfect for watching sunsets
- Clubhouse that features a library, a fitness center, and a large social room with a kitchen area, tables, couches, a fireplace, a billiards table and a 70-inch HD TV. For a nominal fee, residents may reserve the social room for private gatherings.
- Outdoor pool with tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. The pool is heated, and is generally open from just before Memorial Day until just after Labor Day.
- We have an active Social committee that plans and hosts activities on a regular basis.
